Shipping policy

The Coffee Gears online store is your window to retail shopping. 

• Delivery costs are quoted for destinations in Australia.

• Your order may be sent via Sendle, Couriers Please, Australia Post, Aramex Couriers or delivered by Universe Goods.

• By accepting our terms, you agree that if no one is home, the item may be left at your premise unattended.

• Coffee Gears cannot be held responsible for orders left unattended.

• Orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped by Australia Post.

• If you have any questions, please contact us before completing your order.

Shipping Times

Once you’ve placed your order, we aim to get it in the post on the same day, though it can take up to 3 business days in some circumstances. We may deliver the item personally or engage the services of a shipping company. We will email you a tracking number and the name of the shipping company as soon as possible. We are no longer responsible for the package once it has been collected or dropped off by the shipping company.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us quoting your invoice number and the date of your order.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping Australia-Wide – All orders delivered within Australia include free shipping (no minimum spend).

• International Shipping – A flat rate of $20 AUD applies to all international orders, regardless of order value. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  

Online orders are usually ready to pick up within 4 business hours, however we will notify you as soon as it is ready to collect.
